SUMMARY OF POSITION :
The Assistant Teacher’s primary goal is to support the Leader Teacher in providing a safe and developmentally appropriate program rooted in our core. Every aspect of the program must enhance each child’s physical, intellectual, emotional, and social growth so that he/she can be successful in elementary school.
